Description of the wine :
Exposed south/south west the so-called "Rothstein" (Roth = red, Stein = Stone) is dedicated to the cultivation of riesling. This place is an ancient royal quarry whose stones were transported to Strasbourg under Louis XIV for the construction of the fortifications of Strasbourg.
This late harvest is rich and powerful marrying fruity, elegance and finesse.

It is served with an aperitif, accompanied by a foie gras, dessert with cream or in conclusion of the exceptional meal.
